There is hope!
Too many people live in brokenness and don’t know how much God loves them.
But there’s good news! You can change this!
to the darkness
to fellowship with
a joyful life
The recipe is simple.
Join us at one of our Sunday morning worship services! We are sure you’ll love the people you meet, the experience of celebrating through music, and the messages straight from the Bible.
Wednesdays at 3pm via Zoom
Most people start at an outreach event where they see how fun highlands church can be and they get a glimpse of what it’s like to be connected with people who love Jesus. These happen regularly throughout the year and are designed for first-time visitors.
When you sign up for a small group at Highlands you are destined to grow! Whether you choose a community group, men’s group, women’s group, book club, or any other type group, you will experience fundamentally the same thing: the adventure of placing Jesus at the center of everything you do.
These are great opportunities for the church to celebrate and have fun together with one another. At fellowship events, like potlucks and beach days, we create forever memories and celebrate what we’ve been given!
Your greatest moments in life will be when you lower yourself to serve someone else. In these moments you will reflect the love of Jesus.
At Highlands there are many opportunities to serve throughout the year, and we are always looking for someone who is ready to lend a hand. Jump in and try something new!
Generosity is not about the amount you give, it is about the heart with which you give. Generosity is not related to wealth.
You don’t need more from God to be generous. You already have more than enough to be a radically generous person!
Your generosity to God through Highlands Church makes a huge difference in this community and throughout the world. Families are restored. Kids are mentored. Counseling is provided. People in desperate conditions and crises are blessed with resources.
An “Out-of-the-Box” Church
Highlands’ story began with a belief that most people would love following Jesus but don’t feel they fit in a typical church. So, in 2006, our first Easter service was a “Sunrise Service”…at 9am. It worked! Out-of-the-box people came and called Highlands their home.
Since then, Highlands has worshipped in movie theaters, wineries, the fairgrounds, and now at our campus in the Highlands Plaza–a place where we “meet people where they are” every day. Perhaps God is calling you to help Highlands “do what no other church is doing to reach the people that no other church is reaching”. Join us!
